![]() ![]() ![]() I had trouble connecting with someone who made decisions different from what I would have made. ![]() It would be one thing if he had dyslexia or something and if that was addressed, but as far as we’re concerned, he’s just not intelligent. The main character, Mark, was kind of an idiot - he had trouble spelling (?), using correct grammar, and writing neatly. My overwhelming emotion was just disinterest, and on top of that, I didn’t like any of the characters. I thought Passing Notes was cute, but other than that, there wasn’t anything to keep me from being bored. Passing Notes is a novella about a high school senior who, faced with the impending risk of losing his girlfriend, gets help from a ghost to win her back. I received this ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review ![]()
